My name is Erin Lindsay and I am a new yoga teacher offering private and small group Hatha, Restorative, Chair, and Vinyasa classes online that include grounding practices, breath work (pranayama), movement (asana), and meditation (dhyana).

My teaching style is trauma-informed, strengths-based, and inclusive. Working with people one-on-one or in small groups allows me to adapt class content and individualize overall experiences so I can better serve my students, including those with chronic illnesses, developmental or cognitive disabilities, restricted mobility, balance impairments, trauma, or other mental health concerns.

I am queer and multiply disabled, and have been practicing for 15 years. My core belief is that yoga is for every mind, body, and ability level, and my goal as a teacher is to work in partnership with students to remove as many access barriers as I can.

When Iā€™m not on the mat you can find me hiking in the forest with my dog, zipping around on my bike, or wandering the city taking photos with my husband.
